As usual, we have some really great projects to help the people in our community. The projects are as follows:
- Bunny Baskets for the Foster Children (March)
- Community Easter Egg Hunt (March)
- Distinguished Service Awards Banquet (April)
- Child Abuse Awareness (April)
- Concerts in Downtown Woodstock (May-August)
- 4-Day Camp for Children with Disabilities (June)
- Float for the 4th of July Parade (July)
- Adopt-A-Soldier Care Packages (July)
- Model Legislature at the State Capitol (August)
- Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon (September)
- Child Identification Project (September)
- Camp Dream Food Booth at North GA State Fair (September)
- Haunted House (October)
- Woodstock Local Candidates' Election Debates (October)
- Bingo with the Elderly (November)
- Holiday Assistance (November/December)
- Annual Christmas Auction (December)
- Float for the Christmas Parade (December)

Celebrating The Heros Of Our Community
We hold an Annual Distinguished Service Awards Banquet in April to honor citizens and service men/women in our community. Applications are sent out to several community businesses as well as to the City officials and local Police and Fire departments. Areas of nominations include Medical/Health Professional, Teacher, Citizen, Layperson (Religious), City Fire, County Fire, City Law Enforcement, and County Law Enforcement. Please feel free to contact us for an application to nominate a deserving person.
